  • A ChangeChamp box is a deck of cards that focuses on a specific topic. The box contains QR codes that link to micro-learning courses, 91 days of behavior change cards, and a link to a downloadable journal to reflect, record, and track the user’s progress.

  • Both! Going through the ChangeChamp cards individually is a great way to bring out the best in yourself! Teams can also go through the behaviors together to see a shift in their culture. The QR codes for the courses are tied to individual devices, so if you want to go through as a team make sure to get everyone their own box!
